You may purchase our products from our website with free delivery via Courier Service.  Orders in Malta & Gozo are usually received within 1-2 working days. > How long does it take to receive a personalised engraved item?

When purchasing a personalised engraved item from the Mvintage website, it usually takes 1-3 business days for you to receive them, if you are in Malta & Gozo. For international deliveries please check our Delivery & Returns policy

If you need help to design your personalised engraved item, you may visit one of our stores and our Sales Assistant will be happy to assist you. In such case your engraving will usually be ready to collect from the shop after around 1-3 business days.

Please note that during peak sales seasons, personalised engraved items may take an extra few days before it is ready.

> Can I order online and pick the items from a store?

Yes, this option is available in Malta! You can order online and pick from one of our stores of your choice. When ordering online, simply use the Comment Box upon checkout, found right after you select your payment option, and enter "I would like to collect this order from...", and enter your preferred shop. You will then be contacted as soon as the item is ready for you to pick up from the selected store. Please note that this option is not available for sale items.

> Can I check if my favourite item is available in a specific store? Can you save it for me until I pick up?

Yes, this option is available in Malta! In order to check availability or reserve items you can call directy our stores or send them an email, as follows. Please note that items may only be reserved for a maximum of 2-3 days.
